Frankie's Get A-Head 10k

This month I will be participating in the 10K Vitality London 10,000 to raise money for the Get A-Head Chartiable Trust. 

This 10k run will be taking place on my birthday, 28th of September 2025, and I have been training over summer to prepare for it! 

The Get A-Head charity has a very special place in my heart and has helped my family massively over the years. Therefore, I wanted to celebrate my birthday slightly differently this year and do a 10k run for a charity with a great cause, supporting my family over the years and playing a very important role in our lives. 

Get A-Head is committed to supporting cutting-edge reasearch, pioneering technology, and education which improves the lives of people with head and neck dieases, particularly cancer. This charity is dedicated to helping these patients and their families as they navigate this challenging period intheir lives.

Any donation, big or small, would be really greatly appreciated and I can't wait to celebrate my birthday in a meaningful way this year!☺️ x
